We are very fortunate to have over 100 volunteers helping us at our rehoming centre and we could not achieve our mission without them. We rely on our brilliant volunteers who give their time to help our charity in so many ways. Eager to help out cats dogs and other blue cross pets. Dogs are a great talking point and a way to get out and meet new people.
Our rehoming centres are not open for public browsing but you can still make an appointment to adopt or bring a dog to us. It s important that all of our volunteers are comfortable and confident in the volunteering roles we offer.

You ll receive ongoing advice and support from our friendly freedom project staff. For this reason we offer a comprehensive induction to our volunteers across all areas of the organisation. There are many great volunteering opportunities to get involved in even an hour makes a big difference.
